The studio is located at 3723 Greenville Avenue. The quirky building Nimmo Amercan now calls home is an icon on the Greenville strip. Originally designed as a White Star Laundry in the 1940's, it is now being reused (with only minor adaptations) for this new purpose. Nimmo American cofounded and operates from Spryrocket Work Station. The energetic location enjoys proximity to numerous cultural amenities including Southern Methodist University, Mockingbird Station, and the Granada Theater.
Nimmo American enjoys the vitality of an environment created by other innovative, hard-working entrepreneurs. Workhaus serves as a sustainable alternative to conventional office space for small businesses who share America's spirit of progress and innovation.
